Heart Rate Stress Monitor "ELON-001M2"
The device is designed for estimation of the adaptation degree of a human to various stress factors.
Applications in medicine:
- adequate estimation of analgesia in intra- and post-operative anaesthetization;
- estimation of state vegetative regulation of a patient in reanimation.
Application in sports:
- determination of limits of possible physical exercises;
- control and prediction of the state during physical exercises.
An effective method of on-line measurement of heart rate variability is presented. Data is presented in a form of histogram covering 20-150 RR-intervals. The system allows real time calculation of a set of statistical parameters and two indices; estimation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic autonomic nervous system strain.
